Returns & Warranty Policy

Ability Plus operate responsibly and comply with the Consumer Rights Act in regards to your rights to return and receive refunds for faulty goods. A handy ‘Which’ guide explaining your Consumer Right is available on:

In respect of returns and warranties we are pleased to confirm that our policy is offered in addition to your legal rights – giving you the further peace of mind that you may not find elsewhere.

Items returned to our showrooms are eligible for a credit note or exchange to the value of the order.

All goods must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase and accompanied with a full till receipt.

Bespoke orders and goods ordered in specially for customers requirements cannot be returned. Discounted/Sale and Hygiene products cannot be returned.

Batteries when purchased separately, degrade immediately and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty.

The item(s) must be returned complete, unused, in an undamaged state and in the original packaging.

If the item(s) are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to charge for repair/restocking fee from 35%.

FURTHER IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION

All goods remain the property of Ability Plus until the account is settled in full.

The company reserves the right to dispose of any goods/repairs paid for but not collected / delivered after a period of three months unless special provisions apply.

During the agreed warranty period all parts and labour covered within a warranty period shall be free of charge, subject to the goods being returned to the store by the consumer. If required, the goods can be inspected and/or collected from the consumer however a call out fee of £45 will apply.
