Supply and fit timescale
We endeavour to supply our stairlifts within 3 weeks from our site survey.
Stairlift installation
When built, your stair lift will be installed by our qualified engineers, who will secure the rail to your stair treads, not the wall, ensuring there is no building mess or damage to your décor. When your installation is complete, our qualified engineer will give you a thorough stairlift demonstration. He will also explain about the service and maintenance requirements.

We fully recondition our stair lifts to the highest possible standard. The stair lift will be fully cleaned and all serviceable parts replaced.

We can install a fully reconditioned curved stairlift from only £3,200 including installation. We fully recondition all our stair lifts to the highest possible standard. The stair lift will be as new, all serviceable parts replaced and hold a 12 month warranty. Reconditioned curved stairlift
Before a reconditioned/refurbished stairlift is sold our team of fully qualified engineers will fully test and service the chair so it meets all safety checks and operates like new. When the stair lift is fitted you will receive a stairlift that is mechanically as good as new and as such we give it our 12 month warranty.
Reconditioned stairlift stock
We hold a large stock of reconditioned stairlifts in our warehouse which allows us to normally fit them within 7 days after the site survey. Stairlift installation should take no longer than half a day. The stairlift is mounted to the stairs and there is no alterations or damage to your property. In the unlikely event that we need to move a radiator or similar obstruction we employ the relevant trades needed so you won't have to worry about anything.

Total Care Stairlift Maintenance Plan
Our stairlift maintenance plan is an optional package which will enable you pay one amount which will then cover you in the event of a breakdown. It will cover all parts and labour so you wont get any un-expected repair costs. The cost will depend on whether it is a curved or straight stairlift and are outlined below.
